GAM3 update 2011 PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT PROCESS - 2010 • 456 new enhancement requests received • A few duplicated items (votes merged – 10 point maximum) • Excel format • Maximum 100 points allocated per Maintenance paying customer • Voting - 4 Dec 2011 – 27 Jan 2012 • 74 companies voted (7031 votes registered) • Highest 132 votes (registered by 25 voters) • 70 requests failed to receive a vote • Full feedback at Inforum 2012 – MUGA meeting (22nd April 2012)
