  2. Introduction • With the Sm@rtLine program MPM (Machine Production Manager) users can define their manufacturing specifications based on the following data information: • general information • tools • ingredients • production parameters • machine parameters • Based on the defined manufacturing specifications (recipes) the user can define process orders and load them into the WinCC User Archive or directly into the S7. The machine‘s or process‘ result data is uploaded from the S7 or the WinCC station into the MPM program and evaluated. The analysis can occur within MPM or can be exported to Excel.

  3. The production orders‘ data is entered in the user archive • The production order contains tools, ingredients, production and machine parameters • The pre-set values are organized according to plant process • When specified, the data is automatically entered in the S7 data blocks • Every data information has an ID number • There is a data block for each tool, ingredient, production and machine data • The result data is entered into a data block • Each data field has an individual ID which is entered into the MPM via an identification chart • Each of the 3 real values and the status word can be freely allocated • The result data is transferred to the user archive • The result data is transferred into the analysis area of the MPM • You can design your evaluations yourself using the included formula editor WinCC database MS SQL Server Machine production manager Plant intelligence Manufactuing specifications Online data Master data manager Production orders OEE analysis Modification manager Online Data: User Archive Offline Data: User Archive Order data Product settings Machine settings Tools Ingredients Order data Tools Ingredients Product settings Machine settings WinCC Order header Order header Tools data Tools S7-Controller Machine Program [ AWL, FUP, CFC ] Ingredients data Ingredients Production data Product settings Machine settings Datablock Datablock

  4. Creating manufacturing specifications • Definition of the tools • Specifying the ingredients • Specifying the production parameters • Specifying the machine parameters • Generate a production order based on the manufacturing specification • Management of the run times of the tools used • Configuration of the master data • Assignment of plant parts to tools and parameters • Definition of quantities and units • Specificaiton of operational performance of tools • Online data • Load data in the WinCC User Archive • Upload data from the User Archives • Depiction according to the data source‘s assignment chart • Analysis according to OEE key • The OEE evaluation formulas can be changed by the user Manufacturing specifications and production orders

  5. Description Manufacturing specification The user can define the manufacturing specification here. The manufacturing specification ist not branch-specific and unlimited additions can be made in the master data. Unlimited structures can be built up and loaded into the open and yet standardized WinCC and S7 files.

  6. Manufacturing specification: general information All of the manufacturing specifications are shown in this view. The manufacturing specifications can be enabled via the revision service (function: withdraw).

  7. Manufacturing specification : tools / machine parts Tools and their run times/clock-pulse rate can be defined for each manufacturing specification. Machine parts and tools can be assigned in the master data.

  8. Ingredients Manufacturing specification : ingredients Ingredients can be defined for each manufacturing specification. The parameterization can be set as the user needs and can be expanded in the master data.

  9. Manufacturing specification : production parameters Production parameters can be defined for each manufacturing specification. Values that ascertain the properties of the production belong to the production parameters. The production parameters are supplemented by the machine parameters.

  10. Manufacturing specification and production orders Machine parameters can be defined for each manufacturing specification. Values that ascertain the properties of the machine belong to the machine parameters. The machine parameters are supplemented by the production parameters.

  11. Production orders Based on the manufacturing specifications the user can define process orders. The user can enter current data in the process order for the default values pre-defined in the manufacturing specifications.

  12. Online data The online data shows the production results of the production orders. The user can calculate this data in the OEE module or can export the data to Excel.
