  3. Cremation Packages • To help make your decision easier, we’ve created four (4) commonly selected direct cremation packages. The total price and an itemization of the services/merchandise included in the particular packages are described in our website. Please note that the $1248.00 basic fee advertised on our site’s main page is already included in these packages. What is not included? Death certificates ($15.00 per copy in New York City; $10.00 in N.Y.S), permit fees, medical examiner fees and special services like an additional $150 for any death that occurs in a residence, nursing home or hospice facility, same-day cremation service or other special handling of the cremated remains. Based on our 67 years of direct cremation experience, the packages we’ve created will address the needs of 95% of client families.
