  2. Title I STARS Reporting Overview Title I- Part A Schoolwide Model Targeted Assistance Model Private School Students Neglected Program Services Title I Funded Preschool ProgramsTitle I- Part D Delinquent

  3. Schoolwide Model Type of Title I program where all students that are enrolled in a school are considered to be Title I, including preschool students.

  4. Targeted Assistance Model For schools that have a Targeted Assistance model, students are coded with the T1A in the Program Fact Template.Keep in mind in a Targeted Assistance model, only students that are receiving Title I services should be coded.

  7. How to check Private School and Neglected counts in STARS Private School and Neglected - Title I reports> Counts of TIAPR, TIAND, and TIAPK Students by Grade- Snapshot

  8. Title I, Part A Funded Preschool • Title I Preschool funded by the Title I Preschool set-aside • Use T1APK code to identify preschool students that are in a program funded by the District Level Title I Pre K set-aside. • NM Pre K Programs can also receive this extra funding.

Title I, Part A Funded Preschool • If NMPREK is at a Title I schoolwide location but no Title I funding, they should use code T1A for those students in addition to the NMPREK code. • If supplementing NMPREK with the Title I Preschool set-aside money, they should use code T1APK in addition to the NMPREK code. • If stand-alone Title I funded by the Title I Preschool set-aside they should use T1APK code.

Title I, Part D Program Overview Title I, Part D is a federal fund that supports students who are delinquent, or at risk. • Title I Part D Delinquent use the T1D code in Program Fact Template, Field #5, and complete Title I Programs Template to add Title I services. • The environment code must be included field 18. The environment code should match what was submitted as the facility in the Title I application. • Ex: Juvenile Detention Center would have the code JD
