  3. Announcements The right column on the home screen has useful information. Alerts & Announcements that you need to read.

  4. Action Items For P-Card Admins- It shows where transactions are for your cardholders. For cardholders -they will see how many items they have outstanding.

  5. Account Dashboard For cardholders it shows how much credit you have left on your card. For P-Card Admins it lets you see all the cardholders and what their balances are.

  6. Headers Allows the card holder to print their statements. Allows the cardholder to see their transaction.

  7. Transactions view To see your charges or if you are an approver you will be able to view items here.

  8. End of Month Statement Run your end of report Statements from this tab.

  9. End of Month Statement Category is Spend like before and template is the same “Cardholder with Allocation”

  10. End of Month Statement If you scroll down….you will see…where you can adjust your date range. (It always defaults to the last cycle)
