  1. Path: Common > Application Appearance > Workspaces Open the workspace for editing and from the Home tab, click Ribbon

Ribbon Designer – Incident workspace Configure Quick Access Buttons configures icons in the Quick Access toolbar • The lower panel configures the ribbon and allows you to: • Add and remove tabs • Add and move groups on a tab • Add and move buttons in a group • Edit size and display of buttons Default ribbon in incident workspace Tab Group Big buttons with icon and text Separator

  3. Within a tab, there are groups of items. Within groups, there are buttons and separators Click a tab and the list of tabs displays in lower panel. Links return you to tab or group level. Click a button and the list of items in the group displays in lower panel. Edit Button lets you set the button size and style.

  4. Info button can display database fields associated to the open record Click the Info button. Then click Edit Button (or right click and select Edit Button). In the pop-up, move the fields to be displayed to the right frame.
