  1. TOTAL AccuTrack Coal Quality Management At The Power Plant

  2. AccuTrack Benefits • Tied to Operating & Accounting Systems such as Pi/PhD or FMS. Feedback from on line analyzers and ASTM sample results. • Segregation of Piles by quality for precision operation • Alarming of CQ issues • Historical tracking of CQ • Inventory tracking by CQ • Supplier tracking

  3. ASTM results compared with OLA and Expected Performance of fuel LAB ANALYSIS Plant Performance: Firing Rate Errors, FEGT, Bunker Levels, Feeder Speeds, MW output, Fuel Cost, Transportation, Floating Inventory, Vendor Quality reports, OSI Pi FUEL ACCT WARNING AccuTrack On Line Analyzer YARD INVENTORY Total Inventory by TYPE “REAL-Time Quality Information

  5. AccuTrack FMS A C B OLA Bunkers

  6. On-Line-Analyzers • When included with AccuTrack brings real time CQ to the control panel • OLA’s turn out “blizzards” of CQ information about the coal on the belt. • When continuous bunker loading is required due to small silo’s or yard storage capacity limitations an OLA on the feed system is highly recommended.

  7. FeaturesTracking Fuel Supply Activity • Field inputs via data historian (D/PI) are used to track coal: • Diverter/flop gates • Scales • Conveyor running • Tripper positions • Boom positions, etc. • Used to determine activity details in real-time: • Flow rate / quantities • On-the-belt blending • Feed source • Destination • On-line coal analyzer results • Stock pile specs, etc.
