  2. Cover Letter This year in science we have learned many things like cells, DNA and RNA, Density, The periodic table and much more. My Favorite part of science is when we go over things and have class discussions about things I don’t understand. It helps me learn stuff right before a test. I also like when Mr.Mixon rambles on because sometimes he has interesting facts for the future. My least favorite thing about science is when we listen to podcasts or watch Science Friday. Sometimes there interesting but I usually don’t find most of it that interesting.

  3. On a scale of 1-5 rate yourself on your ability to complete all of the assignments for class. Why? I would rate myself a five because I always complete my work on time. I always finish the homework and turn it in when it is due. Whenever I miss an assignment I always ask a friend or ask Mr.Mixon what I have missed and I finish it by the next day. I have turned in almost all of my assignments on time so that’s why I would rate myself a five.

  4. On a scale of 1-5 rate yourself on your class time effort & positive contributions to class discussions. Why? I rate myself a four because I don’t always speak up in class. I usually try to ask questions when I don’t understand something, but when we have group discussions I don’t usually speak up. I feel like I listen in class and don’t get distracted or side tracked a lot. I feel like my class time effort and contributions to class discussions would be a four.

  5. On a scale of 1-5 rate yourself on your ability to work with others in class. Why? I would rate my self a five because I work well with others. We usually have to work with our table groups and I usually work well with them. We sometimes have struggles but we always get the work done in the end. I think that I can work well with most people in the class because I am very determined to get my work done.

  6. On a scale of 1-5 describe items that you want to improve upon for next quarter/year. Why? I would rate myself a five because I don’t have that many improvements this year. One thing that I want to improve on is my test grades because I haven’t done to well on some tests. I also want to study more and take more notes in class to achieve this goal. I also should try to follow directions more on homework and tests and read everything over carefully.

  7. On a scale of 1-5 describe what went well in this school year why? I think I would rate myself a five on the things that went well this year. Overall I got pretty good grades except for a few tests. One thing that went well this school year was my cell project. I think that project was fun to make and I also got an A on it. Another thing that went well was my quiz on density. I also did well on that unit and almost got a perfect score. Overall I think that I have had a great year in science.
