  3. Learning Is More Important than teaching • It’s not about teacher • It’s about learner and learning • It’s not about methodology • It’s about how much students learned

  4. Teach the students, not the book • Primary focus: STUDENT • Secondary focus: Teacher/Textbook • Textbooks are like aids, resources, guides, maps, and crutches.
