F&A Rates • No further developments since RAF. • Projections in development • Questions end of June • Site review week of August 15 • Negotiations in the fall • Big thing: SPACE (followed by effort) • Changes already in place • Lower CC research provisional rate (56%) • Full award rate on first $25,000 of subcontracts • Rates won’t typically change on existing awards RAR - Rate Overview - J.   3. Employee Benefit Rates • Endowed rates approved. Three year proposal (32%, 33%, 33%) • Contract college rates proposed for FY06 (47.5% / 49.86%). Should be approved in a couple of weeks.
