Introduction • Dignity Computer Solutions started in 1998 • Developed CANFIT in 2002, which has since served over 500 users • Participated in research study to collect meaningful data from agencies, and produce aggregate reports for funders. • Over 20,000 unique families have been entered into CANFIT. • Over 50,000 unique individuals have been entered into CANFIT • Over 200,000 contact log entries have been made into CANFIT • Clients in Red Deer, Calgary, Lethbridge, Regina, Saskatoon and even as far away as Charlottetown and Ann Arbour Michigan

What are the Costs of CANFIT? • Normally, individual agencies paybetween $250 - $700 per month • For multiple agencies (10-20):$150 / agency per month+ 1 time fee of $300 / agency for HOMES transfer • For multiple agencies (21-40):$50 / agency per month+ 1 time fee of $150 / agency for HOMES transfer • Multiple agency contracts receive dedicated phone support from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.,Mon. – Fri.

  12. How Do We Differ From The Competition? • Regular communication. Other databases will only offer initial consultation. With CANFIT, 4 hour meetings can be held every month with Alberta agencies to constantly improve the database • Affordable monthly contract. The amount you pay is not based on gross income for the agency like the competition. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a contract as low as HOMES, but we can offer better long term quality. • Well established in our market. Ask yourself where our competitors were before HOMES shut down. We’ve proudly served Alberta and Saskatchewan for almost a decade. • Flexibility through constant customization. Other databases will offer customization through the database itself (ie drop down boxes etc) but not consult directly with the end user to make sure that they enjoy using the database. We know a happy user makes for good data, and strengthens our reputation. It also makes it a lot more fun to be part of your team to help tell your story!
