  9. ‘Squaring up to the Challenge – A Partnership Approach’ The story so far……after 1 year (2 terms) KPI 1 – Participants Overall 3 yr target = 21,555 for all 8 SSP’s Yr 1 Target = 4,867 participants Yr 1 Achieved = 2,283 participants KPI 2 - Throughput Overall 3 yr target = 122,512 for all 8 SSP’s Yr 1 Target = 27,664 Yr 1 Achieved = 14,694 KPI 3 - Retention Overall 3 yr target = 15,314 for all 8 SSP’s Yr 1 Target = 3,458 Yr 1 Achieved = 1,651
