MDrecruitment • Not all 4 steps may be necessary • It will depend greatly on where the recruit obtained his/her MD degree as well as their immigration status • If all 4 steps are required, it can take 8-12 months before a recruit can actually start • It is important to give a realistic start date to a recruit during the recruitment period
