  2. The Past year Technology is a customable solution targeting applications markets in charging or exchanging batteries Business problem to solve – Power gap Nine patent familiesCore technology benefits: efficient performance, low cost production and flexible design May 2010: Capitalization, €2.4MMay 2011: Capitalization, €2.7MTotal capitalization(excl. soft) €8.2M Industrialization and production partner with Nolato, 3CEMS in China and Signa in USA, all ready to produce IEC/CE testing of products on-going Feb 2011: Launch of separate consumer brand – myFC vs. PowerTrekk All PR gave a significant business lead channel ~500 distributors Confidential and private

  3. Drivers: Powergap - data, users and poor battery #1 Data is the ongoing growth of mobile data traffic. ABI Research predicts mobile network data traffic around the world will grow by more than 14 times between 2008 and 2014 from 1,348 PB to 19,666 PB. Growth will be strong in every region. #2 ABI Research believes that the number of mobile data connected to 2.5 billion in 2014. The more UMDs in use, the greater the demand for portable power UMDs include UMPCs (Ultra-Mobile PCs), netbooks, media tablets, MIDs and mobile CE (Consumer Electronics) devices. Demand is growing in every part of the globe, but is particularly strongly in developing regions. #3 Lithium-ion batteries last for 300-500 charge-discharge cycles. The use of power-hungry smartphones, such as BlackBerrys and iPhones, is depleting battery power faster, requiring a daily charge for many users. This puts the life of a smartphone battery at less than 2 years, with charging capacity beginning to deplete to 80% after 1 year of average use. Iphone4 spec says 300h sbt, Iphone 4S spec says 200h sbt Market for Advanced Charging Technologies growth 22x ABI Research forecasts the nascent market for advanced charging technologies will grow from $1.52 billion in 2010 to $34.03 billion in 2015.
