  4. SHS Band Program Attendance policy • Excused • Religious reasons, emergencies • No penalty • Approved • 30 days prior to the event • Outside obligations • Make-Up assignment - Up to 50% • Unexcused • Work, vacation, outside the time frame • Grade lowered by one full letter grade

  5. SHS Band Program Studio Music Lab • Similar to English, Math Lab, etc. • Extra help or enrichment • Rotating schedule • Student request • Required by the teacher

  6. SHS Band Program 7-12 Band Co-Op • Combined activities with the middle school • Co-Op band • September 17, October 1 & 22, November 5 & 19, December 17, January 7 & 21 • 2:30-3:30pm • Commit or drop-in

  7. SHS Band Program Cancer Walk • Sept. 20th • Rentschler Field • 7:45am-noon • Opening Ceremony • Volunteer • Teams, walker, runners

  8. SHS Band Program Boston Trip • Still space (girls to balance rooms) • $100 deposit with form in July • $250 payment the first week of school • Balance due Sept. 12th • Trip meeting Sept. 22nd 7pm
