  3. The d-trainer and it’sbenifits • It’scalled the D-Trainerbecauseit’sshapedlike a D. • It’s a workout for people on the hospitals whocan’tget up of bed. • The arch is made of plastic and carbon fiber. • Ourtargetgroup.

Business planYEAR 1 • Send out emalis to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. • Try to go to so many meetings with the hospitals as possibleand go to conventions to talk aboutourproduct. • Wemove the production to Bankokbecauseit’scheaper to make the product. • Advertising in the homapages to the hospitals. • Make a Facebookpageso private persons and othercompanyscansee and readaboutourproduct. • Wetake patent.

  5. Year 2 • Advertising on the homnepages to the hospitals. • Expandingadvertising. • Open up more bransches to inhancecontact to othercountries. • Weexpand to Germany, Switzerland, Austria and England.

  6. Year 3 • Weareopening up the bransch in Denmark. • Wecannow go global. • Expand the advertising.

  7. Profits and expences • In year 1 we have an estemated profit of 8 095 870 €. Tha’ts with the cost of the beds and VAT. • In year 2 we have an estemated profit of 174 076 500 €. • In year 3 we have an estemated profit of 2 428 761 000 €. • The total for the carbon fiber and the plastic expences for the firstyear 1803,50 €.

  8. How willyoumarketyourproduct? • Wewillincrease marketing throught 3 years. • In the beginningwewouldattend to alot of conventions. • Sending emails to hospitals. • Building up a homepage for marketing. • Facebookpage.
