After selecting the campaign, give a name to your email campaign to easily navigate it. This name will only be visible to you. 6. Now, Click the Create Campaign tab. 7. After this, the email campaign setup page will open. Now, you must choose the campaign's sender, recipients, subject line, and design. After following these steps comes the customisation part. You have to select the sender (from), recipients (audience), subject, and campaign layout. To explain to you in detail, we have complied and briefly explained the steps.

  4. From (sender): steps to choose the sender The sender is the email address or name that will be visible on your campaign. Think of it like the “name” your recipients will observe in their mail inbox. For example, if you receive a promotional email, a name will be visible to it, marked as the sender. You can also click on the Choose or Edit the Sender option to customise your name. To (audience): Select recipients Now that you have set the “From” option, it is time to edit the “To”. To is used for selecting the recipients or the audience to whom your campaign will be visible. You can choose your audience by following the below steps:- ● Click on Add Recipients. ● Select the lists containing contacts to whom you want to send your email campaign. You can do this from the Send to menu in the different tabs. Note: You can select multiple lists and segments. ● You can also filter the unengaged contact by clicking on the “Don't Send” button. Additionally, you can set your own unengagement criteria in your Contacts settings.

Add The Subject/Subject Line Subject to your email campaign will allow your recipients to quickly interpret your email. Note that the subject line is what your recipients will see first in their inboxes. ● Once done, click Save. Design your template After setting up the “From”, “To”, and “Subject Line”, the last step is to design the template. Follow the steps below to design eye-catchy email design. ● Click on Start designing and look for the design you want to use in a different tabs.

Note that you can also use the Prebuilt templates in the Layout and Template galleries. ● If you want you can design your owm template in the My templates option. ● You can also choose the templates from your previous email campaigns in Campaigns, or Code your own email template with the Rich text editor textual emails. ● Additionally, you can paste a tempelate code to upload an HTML file. ● After selecting the template, click on Use template tab. ● Now, the chosen email template design will open in the Drag & Drop editor.
