  1. NAJPIĘKNIEJSZE ZAKĄTKI NASZEJ WSI Biesna leży na terenie Kotliny Łużańskiej (290 – 300 m. n. p. m.), która wraz z Kotliną Libuszy tworzy Obniżenie Gorlickie. Jest to teren pofałdowany, występuje tu znikoma szata leśna w postaci zagajników i przylasków. Przez Biesną przepływa rzeka Bieśnianka. Jest u nas też wiele pięknych, malowniczo położonych wąwozów. W centrum naszej wsi mieści się Szkoła Podstawowa, a poniżej piękny park podworski. Zaraz obok szkoły jest remiza strażacka, sklep i piękny skalniak.
