  4. WIE VISION A vibrant community of IEEE women and men collectively using their diverse talents to innovate for the benefit of humanity.

WIE GOALS • Promote the value of education among children and pre-university students. • Inspire and nurture dynamic women engineers so as to sustain their careers in engineering and research • Facilitate technical specialization through collaborations with technical societies • Motivate young Engineers and help them to work towards social change

  10. CHALLENGES • Create more awareness of WIE • Retain volunteer support • Retain students as higher grade members • Limited budget • Need to identify leaders and train them • Identifying the needs of the local society based on the country and its culture.
