  3. The eCRF System On-line Web-based Works on any PC/laptop Reputation for site friendliness Works with any browser Nothing stored locally on the laptop

  4. Equipment • No demand to use a Lundbeck laptop • Equipment provided on per need basis • Supply through 3rd party: C3i • Your CRA will unpack and install equipment – and collect it when the study is over So, please save the boxes it comes in! INTERNET

  5. Training • Performed on site by your CRA at SIV • Mandatory in order to get access to the study eCRF! • Takes a couple of hours

  6. Helpdesk for System Functionality and Equipment • Same provider as for equipment supply: C3i • Japanese, Spanish, Italian, German, French, English spoken • Helpdesk will not answer clinical questions • You can always contact your CRA

  7. Getting access to the eCRF 1/2 If this is your first Lundbeck Rave study: Once SIV is completed and account access requested by the CRA You will receive an account activation email from noreply@mdsol.com Your CRA will guide you through the activation process

  8. Getting access to the eCRF 2/2 For those of you with previous access to Lundbeck Rave study/studies: Study 12649A will appear on the Rave homepage for you to select

  9. Important!!! Study coordinators and Investigators will be creating patient numbers in the system Make sure your user accounts are working before the first patient comes for a visit, which could take a few days after SIV training
