For youth, Project Butterfly WINGS: Integrates 4-H life skills through activities and cooperative learning Develops scientific literacy through inquiry Guides youth through designing their own project Encourages decision making, problem solving and ownership Supports leaders to guide youth without having previous knowledge of butterflies Flexible projects support youth regardless of age, skill level or available time
