Training Proposal Rare eventmodelling • Description of the Training • Statistical methodologies for the study of rare events in the clinical development. • The training course will have for object the study or the deepening of statistical methodologies used in the modelling of rare events (in an optics forecast) and the consideration of the concomitant treatments and the unwanted effects in the understanding of the phenomenon. It will be a question of developing the research on the various levels of the unwanted effects and duration of concomitant treatments in the clinical studies. The research results for the best data mining approach will be applied on a study in the domain of neuropsychiatry. • Good statistical and mathematical notions as well as data analysis using software such as SAS (AIRLOCK, SIEVE, AIRLOCKS), R, to Model, or Rapidminerare necessary.
