  3. Status HiSPARC Groningen: 4detectors Difficult to keep detectors online. Amsterdam: 20detectors Leiden: 7 detectors Utrecht: 2 detectors Nijmegen: 9 detectors

  4. Funding • Official support from the NIKHEF, FOM and of the participating universities. • Funding from the ministry for education for development of material and support • Ad hoc sponsoring from foundations, companies etc.
