De lessen uit deze vergelijking • Wat betreft de R&D cijfers zijn we ‘een goede middenmoter’ maar met zwaktes: • lage R&D door bedrijven • slechte kennisbenutting publieke R&D • Een urgent probleem zit in ‘het menselijk potentieel’ • Willen we een daadkrachtige aanpak voor verandering: dan hebben we een governance probleem • Een geïntegreerde adviesraad is alleen maar een oplossing als iemand er naar luistert
