Phase 5 • Requirements: • Maintain 150 PV DS • Share Neways Story • Team includes 60 150 PV DS members in total organization 8 months out of calendar year • Attend Take Charge Training • Accompany qualified legs to Leadership Academy • Car Bonus qualified • Be paid as Diamond Ambassador during the qualification period with a 3% growth in check size versus the previous 6 months • Benefits: Same as level 4 plus: • Crystal Diamond Retreat (accommodations only) 5
