  1. BYOB (Bring your own business requirements) Phil Goble Mike Chalk

  2. marketing • Could CDG implement a solution where queries that identify things like IPTV customers with HD or DVR could be directed into mailing labels, emails, bill message or E-Care messages? • Would it be possible to provide the costs for the first and subsequent months to someone who calls in and wants to add TV, DSLR or some other service? www.cdg.ws

  3. Payment Processing • Can the email address on this payment screen be defaulted? www.cdg.ws

  4. AGENT USE ISSUES • The agent doesn’t get carried over from the Subscriber to Account screen within the install wizard. • The agent doesn’t appear to be automatically populated at the charge level when the service has an agent associated with it. • Can the Agent be populated at the product level, and, if so, would it automatically then get displayed at the service and charge levels? www.cdg.ws

  5. Sort / Group limitations • A list had was grouped so a total would show, but now it can’t be sorted www.cdg.ws

  6. 7th inning stretch • How about a Back button that remembers a previous customer being worked on before the current one? • Describe how embedded links work. • When a login fails because of improper attempts, the automatic reset after 30 minutes doesn’t seem to work for me. • How do other companies manage SAM audits? • Raw files in lieu of, or in addition to, Billing CDs. • Status of Mobile Apps? www.cdg.ws

  7. Invoice Messages • Entering invoice messages is painful. • Invoice messages aren’t very effective in utilizing the space on the front page of the invoice. www.cdg.ws

  8. Interest in 2 up bill format www.cdg.ws

  9. Task management • Demonstrate the calendar functionality. • Request for Task Management to email the person who is “in charge” of the department the task is assigned to. • How come I can’t assign a task to myself anymore? • One company uses Task Management to track IT issues to be able to better centralize notes, history and status. • Should there be some type of consolidation of Trouble Tickets and Task Management, so that Trouble items could be viewed through Task Management? • Change attributes functionality for multiple updates. • Is there something that can be done to reduce the number of comments that get associated with tasks? www.cdg.ws

  10. A Couple to Finish with • Would it be possible to modify MBS to be able to change the product on a service when reactivating it?  Today, it’s a “product” reactivation, not a “service” reactivation, so…if your customer had a triple play LND/ISP/CTV but only wants to reconnect the LND/ISP, you have to do a new install, not a reconnect.  • Could MBS be modified so on the change of address or telephone number where service areas are different, it isn’t necessary to deactivate then install the service? www.cdg.ws
