  3. bRECAPd • Implementing the new criteria of marking for the stations which will be used in the CRORES competition. This marking will be calculated automatically based on the pure data. • Hospital Management system. • Software for printing ID-cards.

  4. bWork done d • Upgrade the booking statement module of Fast-track by putting a link over the GR with which the user can view the image of the respective GR in case of manual GRs. And In case of computerized GRs, it is redirected to view GR module to see the full details of that particular GR. • Made some changes in BEE EEN General Hospital Module for PF deduction and is ready for testing.

  5. bWork done d • Worked on ID card software to generate id-cards for NRL section. We have completed for NRL and D2D is under process.

  8. bWork done d • Auto downloading module to download freezed data completed and implemented. This module automatically download the data from server to local computer after every 30 minutes. • Change the name of accounts for all the fleet units . • Made some changes in Recruitment module and is now working smoothly.

  9. bWork done d • Prepared the software which will automatically upload the data of JST after every 2 hours. • Added new module in Fast-Track for tracking the current location of Gr/ Challantrucks. • Bank Commission. •   MIS of List of accounts for NFU.    •   MIS of truck wise expenses for NFU .                    

  10. bNew Initiatives/Special Efforts c • Working on a module for challan saving. • The s/w developer will personally visit the section for which he/she is about to develop the software.

  11. bFuture Plans d • Made a new module in fast-track named Crore-Card which will provide the accurate information for crore competition. • Online Attendance System. • Freezing of Challan statement and Delivery statement.
