    4. ROL LIDER FUNCIONAL OBJETIVO: Asegurar y otorgar acceso a la informacin que genere el rea y que es soportada por los Sistemas de Informacin y/o Aplicativos de la Entidad, garantizando proteccin a la misma, aplicando las mejores prcticas establecidas en el Modelo de Seguridad Informtica de la UAEAC. Por lo tanto el Lder Funcional es tambin responsable de la Informacin. HERRAMIENTA: Manual de Usuario del Sistema de Informacin y/o Aplicativo

    21. PR-07 CONTROL DE CAMBIOS A SISTEMAS DE INFORMACIN Y/O APLICATIVOS OBJETIVO: Administrar y controlar los cambios realizados a los Sistemas de Informacin y/ o Aplicativos de la Aeronutica Civil en produccin, manteniendo los niveles de autorizacin y documentacin pertinentes.

    28. PR-09 ATENCION A USUARIOS LINEA 3000 OBJETIVO: Establecer los mecanismos a seguir en la solucin de problemas informticos que se le presenten a los usuarios finales de la UAEAC. ALCANCE: Soporte a usuarios relacionado con los Sistemas de Informacin y/o Aplicativos en produccin en la UAEAC.
