  9. Odyssey Supervisor The Supervisor System is the heart of the Infotel System. All dialing administration, on-line operations, scheduling and operator monitoring is performed here.

  12. How Odyssey communicates with Goldmine. We have developed a bridge that communicates between Odyssey and Goldmine using SQL. We can also connect to some custom apps

  13. Real time Agent Statistics Report is available with the click of a mouse at any given time in addition to the printed reports.

  15. “Fund Raiser” creates a new field called pledge amount for tracking • “Record Level Call History” stores last 6 attempts for each record including call result code, Agent, Date and time of call and Memo. • “Allow Duplicates” are for political campaigns etc.

  19. Digitized Recording Feature is enabled per campaign. All recordings are stored in either VOX or WAV format. VOX is compressed to near MP3 ratios.

  20. Call Conferencing can be enabled to transfer to another Odyssey agent or an offsite verification office.

  22. The Odyssey system includes robust reporting capabilities. Dialer reports can be exported to Excel, Word, Crystal Report Writer, or Simply Printed off at the Supervisor Station. Reports can also be easily customized by the call center mgr.

  24. Calculates current penetration for each shift, showing % of records that are NOT available to dial during appropriate shift.

  25. All data is stored in a open database. What is not already reported on could be assessed in custom reports using industry standard reporting tools.

  26. Hourly Productivity Report shows successful calls graphically and assists in determining the best times for dialing during the day.
