Presentation TipsKeep it short and sweet • Present your information in bulleted form. • Try to limit each bullet point to a single line of information. • Try to limit each slide to no more than 7-8 bullets. • The result is a crisp, readable, easy-to-follow visual presentation. • Summarize your key presentation points; don’t repeat what you’re saying verbatim. • Eliminate articles (“the, a, an”) to keep your points short. • It’s OK to use incomplete sentences and omit periods in your bullets. For example: • Instead of “The purpose of my study is to establish the need for a new learning model” • Write, “Study designed to establish need for new learning model”
