Strategic Planning:Next Steps • Fall 2007 – Spring 2008 • Pilot Strategic/Action Planning Processes • Design KPI reporting system • By the end of Spring 2009 • Strategic Planning Processes Piloted and Affirmed • Action Planning Processes Piloted and Affirmed • KPI Reporting System completes 1 pilot year
