  1. Who poisoned Buzz Light Year?By: Grant Mayberry

  2. Introduction • The reason for doing this project was to figure out the mystery of who poisoned Buzz Lightyear. It all started with Woody & Buzz doing there new one and only cooking show, but somebody felt the need to poison Buzz. Now Buzz is in the hospital passed out.   3. Pre-Hypothesis • It think it was Shrek, because the items he had were the items at the crime scene.

  4. Materials • Conductivity • Triple Beam Balance • Graduated Cylinder • Hotdogs • Drinks • Powders • Wraps • Reactive Substances – Vinegar, Hydrochloric Acid, Iodine, and Baking Soda.

  5. Procedures • To find the density you put whatever it was in a graduated cylinder filled with water and looked at how much the water rose. • To find the color you looked at what color it was. • The same for the optical properties. • You use the conductivity meter to find how good of a conductor it was. • To find flammability you light whatever it was on fire. • To find how reactive it was you drop acid on the item.

  6. Conclusion • There was not enough information to find out who poisoned Buzz Lightyear, or the test were not accurate and could not have been found out. • The acids used were limited. A flaw in the project was that there were to many people in the lab. The goggles were also to tight and difficult to see out of.
