  5. CMS Update • Deadline is now December 17 • sign up for coverage until 11:59pm PST December 17th • Waiting room • call center will be performing outreach to consumers • provide a SEP for a January 1st coverage

  6. CMS Updates • SEP for loss of MEC • Meritus consumers who are losing coverage December 31, 2015 • SEP from January 1, 2016 to March 1, 2016 • coverage begins the 1st day of the month after selecting the plan
