  2. Copy the following key term and its definition. Then write an assertion statement about each of the statements that follow: Assertion Statement: a statement or declaration stating an opinion or stance related to a question, a problem, or an argument presented. When you receive a text during class you answer it right away. Students should wait until nutrition or lunch to check their cell phone/electronic devices. Students should be allowed to take calls during class time. Warm Up 2/13/13
