  3. Making results available in electronic form • Send the result data (maybe including some images) • Traditional hardcopy way • Inform recipients that the data is available by remote access • Recipient can choose how much to reference (or send some and reference some) Results and EHR

Common format for spreadsheet/database • IHE provisions can form the basis for common format for all stored results • Implementation of EHR will be greatly facilitated if a common format exists for the results of diagnostic procedures stored in electronic form that are made available outside the Service Department • The data matters not the standard Results and EHR
