  3. To form the possessive of a plural noun that ends in s, simply add an apostrophe after the s. • jockeys’ horses • families’ homes • farmers’ crops • cities’ problems • directors’ awards

  4. To form the possessive of a plural noun that does not end in s, add an apostrophe and an s. • children’s museum • women’s basketball • deer’s enemies • oxen’s yoke • geese’s flight
