  2. Problem Athletes are becoming faster and more committed to their sport which is causing them to overtrain. This is leading to a rise in athletic injuries.

  3. Hypothesis • Can periods in training, in which athletes are more prone to injury, be identified by recording and observing the athletes performance?

  5. Equipment and Materials • Computer that has xCode installed (xCode is the programming software from Apple inc. to create applications) • iPhone • Cross Country Runners (for data purposes)
