  9. 埃索美拉唑与R - 异构体一样,在肝脏完全经细胞色素P450 酶系统代谢,包括代谢速率快的CYP2 C19途径和代谢速率较慢的CYP3A4途径。73%的埃索美拉唑、98%的R - 异构体通过CYP2 C19代谢, 27%的埃索美拉唑、2%的R - 异构体通过CYP3A4代谢。与R - 异构体相比,埃索美拉唑更少由CYP2 C19代谢,其清除率明显低于R - 异构体。
