Call 911 i.e. This will allow medical personnel to be dispatched, as well as a sheriff/police officer. Take photos + videos i.e. Take as much photographic evidence as you can. This includes pictures of cars, license plates, etc. Do not move [anything inside] your car i.e. Leave your car the way it is - aftermath of the crash equals evidence. If you have to move your car, try to make sure nothing is disturbed. Request that it be moved to a secure storage facility. Gather contact info of ALL parties i.e. Includes name/phone number/email, drivers license, insurance info, etc. NEVER take responsibility or admit fault Contact a car crash attorney CALL Patrick Daniel Law at 713-999-6666 for a FREE consultation (or TEXT at 713-903-7588) Patrick Daniel Law @theDanielLaw @PatrickDanielLaw Patrick Daniel Law www.PatrickDanielLaw.com
