(Peer-)Mentoren Einrichtung eines Mentorenpools; Begleitung und Unterstützung z.B. durch Studenten; Kooperation mit Hochschulen Beratungsinseln an den Schulen feste Kooperationsschulen für die einzelnen Mitarbeiter 13+, regelmäßiges Beratungsangebot für Lehrer und Schulsoz. sowie für Schüler, vor Ort Förderung des „Produktiven Lernens“ z.B. Zusatz von Fachleistungsstunden Beratung und Aktivierung von Eltern und Jugendlichen auch ohne Schulmeldung
