  4. Insert > Photo Album • Display several pictures quickly • Up to 4 pictures per slide Activity: Create a Photo Album • Insert > Photo Album • Open picture folder… select all pictures • Picture Layout > 4 Pictures

  5. Insert > Audio • Add music to your Photo Album • Play continuously at Open House Activity: Insert an MP3 song • Insert > Audio > Audio from file

  6. Insert > Audio • Add music to your Photo Album & loop Activity: Insert an MP3 song • Insert > Audio > Audio from file • Play across slides… Hide… Loop • Slide Show > Set Up > Loop continuously • Transitions > Advance Slide > After 5 sec.

  7. Insert > Video • Add a videoto this slide • Resize in box Activity: Insert a WMV file • Insert > Video > Video from file • Trim Start/End points… Full Screen • Bookmarks (Alt + Home, Alt + End)

  8. Helpful Hints • Start Slide Show • Slide Show > From Beginning, Current • F5 (from the beginning) • Shift + F5 (from current) • Slide Sorter • Arrange slides
