  3. GPBI GIT Teleconference – 3 Way Conference • Teleconferencing involved by 3 locations which can use simple way of phone line connection • - Tel/Ext no. + Flash + Tel/Ext no. + Flash + 3 (this way is used by analog phone e.g. Octopus device at conference room nos. 23 & 25)

  4. GPBI GIT Teleconference - 3 Way Conference • Tel/Ext no. + Transfer/New call + Tel/Ext no. + Confer* (this way is used by digital phone) • *Confer (which is called up by pressing the middle silver circle button of digital phone)

  5. GPBI GIT Teleconference - 6 Way Conference • Teleconferencing involved by 4 – 6 locations (max. 6 locations) which can use 6-party conferencing - Tel/Ext no. + Transfer /New Call + Tel/Ext no. + Confer* + Add + Tel/Ext no + Insert Add + Tel/Ext no. + Insert ….….. (Digital Phone)- If you are in conference room no. 23, please follow the below procedures to make 4-6 parties teleconference Tel/Ext. no. + Flash/Transfer + #8 + 2323 + hang up + Tel/Ext no. + Flash/Transfer + #8 + 2323 + hang up….. until max. 5 locations are connected Lift handset + #8 + 2323 (Host will be entered into the teleconference) - If you are in conference room no. 25, please follow the below procedures to make 4-6 parties teleconference Tel/Ext. no. + Flash/Transfer + #8 + 2525 + hang up + Tel/Ext no. + Flash/Transfer + #8 + 2525 + hang up….. until max. 5 locations are connected Lift handset + #8 + 2525 (Host will be entered into the teleconference)

GPBI GIT Teleconference - Meet Me Conference • Teleconferencing involved by more than 6 locations, max. 14 locations which can use Meet Me Conference- Call Administrator for assistance (No matter you are using Analog & Digital phone) • Administrator - GPBI – Phoebe Chu ext. 468 & Florence Tsang ext. 654- GPII – Sarah Chow ext 519
