Graduation 2011 • Program • Emcees, Stage and floor director, photo/videographer • Script and stage lay-out c/o Jane • Get list of graduates (transferring to the next cluster) from cluster heads – for charge to the graduates • Get list of awardees from the different clusters • Take note of special numbers • Identify child to lead the National Anthem and Opening Prayer • Prepare food and refreshments • Locus of responsibilities

Graduation 2011 • Logistics and Documentation • Documentation – before (invites and souvenir program) and after (BBBAtbp write-up) • Coordinate with Musical Director re: sequence of Music – National Anthem, Aida March, etc. • Prepare medals, certificates, token to the speaker and the graduates • Insert CCM Circular to the evaluation cards to be given on graduation day • Prepare AVP re: CCM The Year That Was

Graduation 2011 • Physical Facilities • Stage décor • Arts and Crafts Corner • BBBAtbp Corner (coordinate with BBB Staff) • Arrange stage and church lay-out with names of kids and guests on seats as guide • Set-up card distribution area and food/ refreshment distribution area • Identify ushers/usherettes/ marshalls

Graduation 2011 • Cluster Teachers • Assign 2 marshalls per cluster (to go before and after the kids’ queue) • Prepare evaluation cards and list of awardees and graduates • Assign 2 persons for card distribution • Rehearse for each cluster’s special number and for taking the diploma • Identify nominees for Young Christian Character Awardee • Submit your cluster’s best arts/crafts item to the Phys Facilities Committee • Prepare Thank You cards to parents and teachers

Graduation 2011 • Important timelines • February 27: submission of final grades and YCCA nominees • March 6: YCCA initial screening • March 13: YCCA final panel interview • March 20: distribution of invitation c/o Logistics Committee • March 27: completion of important stuff – medals, certificates, tokens, souvenir program, etc.

  9. Summer 2011 • Will last for 8 weeks • April 10, 17 and 24 • May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 • Proposal? • Musical play? • Salvation curriculum year 2? • Others?

Vacation Bible Study(VBS) • Objective: • To reach ‘unsaved’ children (and hopefully their families) who may not have heard about Jesus. • To teach CCM graduates (now in YSL) and CCM students (SBL) to minister to the ‘unsaved’ and start to fulfill our vision “Bible Learners today, Ministers tomorrow”

  11. Vacation Bible Study(VBS) • Theme: • B.O.O.T. CAMP (Biblical Outlook and Outreach Program) • Purpose: To train, prepare and equip our ‘little soldiers’ to stand their ground and fight the good fight in the ageless battle between good and evil. • Students: VBS Privates • Teachers: Master Sergeants • Teacher-aids: Staff Sergeants
