Nevada • Demonstrate Sustainable design

Project Background University of Colorado Colorado Springs • Department of Psychology • Nationally recognized Ph.D. Geropsychology program • One of the campus’ largest undergraduate programs • Senior Living Center support (Palisades at the Broadmoor) • Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences • 1997 – College merged with UCCS by voters from City owned Memorial Hospital • Nationally ranked by US News & World Report • Health Sciences enrollment growth over past three years: 28% • Peak Vista • Federally funded community health care service • This facility will serve primarily aging population
