Interlinings Ltd., with its sophistically designed plant at Chittagong Export Processing Zone, is happy to introduce itself as the first Woven and Non-Woven Interlining manufacturer in Bangladesh. With continuous development, R. M. Interlinings Ltd. has become the leading manufacturer of interlinings in Bangladesh. Our products have already gained huge market share. The genesis of the “know-how” is backed by ERBA Textile Management GmbH of Germany and NangtongHymo, a Sino-Japan joint venture company, to produce world-class interlining, certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100. To uphold this standard, in spite of other machines, R. M. Interlinings Ltd. has installed the world’s best brand new Coating machinery from CAVITEC, and other back process machinery from BRUCKNER-Germany & VALD. HENRIKSEN, , with a blend of first-rate raw materials and competence of qualified professionals in compliance with ISO 9001:2008. Since the inception of R. M. in 1996, we aim to increase and sustain our corporate value through growth and innovation. We proceed in accordance with the approach of sustainable development. Not only providing our high quality products and pleasant service to our clients but also focusing on innovation, environmental protection. We are maintaining the above reality and achieving the desired levels of success in every passing year and giving ceaseless efforts to offer a wide range of new products with latest inventions, developed through pooling of the skills of both foreign and local specialists.

  9. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT R. M. Interlinings Ltd is supported by a group of experienced professionals and sector-wise skilled workers. The total numbers of active workforce in RMIL are 272 where it’s Dhaka office has 32 employees and its factory has 240 employees. RMIL runs three shifts per day and the length of each shift is eight hours. RMIL provides a competitive salary with two festival bonuses, two incentive bonuses, breakfast, Tiffin, lunch, evening snacks and dinner to its employees. RMIL also provides leave encashment and provident fund along with applicable gratuities.

  16. QUALITY CONTROL PRODUCT QUALITY: R.M. Interlinings are subjected to the most rigorous process of quality control and are based on continuous production line testing and product quality procedures which includes adhesion, elongation and yield strength tests as well as adverse treatment and shrinkage tests. Each individual product line goes through a series of high end quality control checks and are precise to the very last detail.

FINANCIAL STRENGTH A review of the company's policies in relation to financial strength like- the ability to generate cash, service debt, financial leverage targets, generate sufficient return to enable continuous access to fund market, internal liquidity, operating efficiency, operating profitability, and leverage position of the company etc. has been done by CRAB (Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Ltd) and achieved a consistent score AA3 which denotes strong capacity to meet financial commitments, judged to be of high quality, subject to low credit risk.
