Europe should be the strongest knowledge based economy (Lisbon Strategy) participation rate in education has been set as one major Lisbon progress indicator governments should play a more active role in helping companies to try to expand abroad and provide training in key areas (OECD conference Athens) But Europe is still facing a problem: some countries lag behind in their internationalization endeavors and are participating significantly less in exports, this problem has even increased due to the financial crisis European perspective

  4. 2003 : a consortium of 8 partners applies for INCO 2004 – 2006 INCO 2008 : IC&IC (Formenerg, Bucharest) 2009 : INCO 2(bit management, Austria) 2010 : INCO next(Kauna regional, Lithvania) INCO - a short history
