  2. Ease in ordering: • Refers to how easy it is for the customer to place and order with the company. • For Example: restaurant, computers, companies, Corporations like Dell and online Banking.

  3. Delivery • Refers to how well a product or a service is delivered to the customer with speed and accuracy. • For Example: pizza hut and  Dell, which delivers its products right at the doorstep of the customers.

  4. Installation • Refer to work done to make a product operational in its planned location. • For Example: computers and machinery.

  5. Customer training • Training the customer employees to use the vendors equipment properly and efficiently. • For Example: General Electric supplies and installs expensive X-rays equipment in hospitals but also gives extensive training to the staff of hospitals about using the machines.

  6. Customer consulting • It refers to the data, information systems and advising services that the seller offers to buyers • For Example: medicine.

  7. Maintenance and Repair • Describe the services program for helping customer keep purchase product in good working order. • For Example: Automobile manufacturers are often seen providing free services initially for the automobiles.
