In autumn and winter period (when it's getting colder) percentage can rise up to a value of 1.2%, in the winter-spring period (when it's getting warmer) percentage can be lowered to a value of at least 0.2%. • The percentage of capitalization depends on the calibration parameters of dispenser volume meters. 35
