  2. Virtual Warm Up! Let’s do some Jungle Exploring.

  3. Jungle Rules: -Jog in place -Stay in your personal space -Watch out for animals as well as other obstacles. (If you see an animal use the given locomotor movement to avoid it)

  4. Let’s get started! Walk in place.

  5. Watch out for the Snake laying across the path! Jump over it!

  6. Wow!!! That was close!! keep your eyes open for animals . We are in their environment.

  7. Lets pick up the Pace

  8. Stay on the path. Watch for animals.

  9. Do 10 Jumping Jack Increase that Heart Rate

  10. Concentrate on your breathing.

  11. Squat and Jump over the Tree!!

  12. Look its Toucan Sam …

  13. STOP! Let’s get strong. Do 10 sit ups then continue to jog in place.

  17. High knees 10 each leg 20 total Get them up!
