  2. For Real Estate materials on “extranet,” start at WisDOT’s home page, then clickDoing business http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/

  3. Next, clickConsultant extranet(under “Related business items:” heading near bottom)

  4. The “Extranet” WEB…ACCESS TO WisDOT Manuals, READS & More! After log on using your WAMS ID/password, this shows extranet web home page and your access to Real Estate Program Manual (REPM),to LPA Manual, to READS and more! (forms included) Note: extranet access is automatic for internal staff

Consultants do NOT have access to our dotnet web, but they DO have access to both our Real Estate Program Manual (REPM) and LPA Manual because both have been made viewable via the “extranet,” and both include additional related links Remember!  Access to REPM and LPA Manual for internal staff is automatic -- for consultants, access is by WAMS ID log on via extranet (see more about extranet access).

  6. Local Public Agency (LPA) Manual is a sub-manual of REPM and can be accessed directly from online REPM LPA REPM Like REPM, official version of LPA Manual w/LPA forms is electronic and is also more than just a manual

Watch for updates!!! • Consultants DO have access to extranet RE web, which highlights and focuses on Real Estate Program Manual and LPA Manual.  • Also includes link to start READS at ► https://trust.dot.state.wi.us/extntgtwy/dtid_real_estate/repm/reads/ (permission required) • Access to REPM or LPA Manual extranet site for in-house staff is automatic, for consultants it requires log on through extranet(more about extranet access). • Real Estate Program Manual (REPM) / Forms page is "official" location to find all WisDOT Real Estate specific forms and related documents; you cannot access Real Estate specific forms from any other site, except where they can and SHOULD be generated directly from READS.  All forms and docs linked from our REPM/Forms page are current and approved for appropriate use, and should be used by all staff and consultants.  Go to REPM/Forms page if you require a blank document outside of READS system.  Consultants must use extranet to access REPM/Forms; and, remember most forms/documents can and should be generated from READS. • You must go to a separate page to access LPA forms (applicable only to programs and services as outlined in Local Public Agency (LPA) Manual for Right of Way Acquisition).
